In a historic Japanese residence more than 100 years old in Tokyo's Ueno-Sakuragi area, an instructor helps you choose a yukata and teaches you to wear it correctly.
Wearing it, you make a matching accessory, choosing earrings, a charm, a badge or a brooch, using mizuhiki, the traditional art of tying paper cord. You take both the accessory and the yukata home, and exploring the city in your yukata afterwards is suggested.
