13 days or more before the experience date: full refund
12 to 10 days before: 30% cancellation fee
9 to 4 days before: 50% cancellation fee
3 days before up to the day itself, or no-show: 100% cancellation fee
Cancellation requests must reach us by 5:00 PM Japan time; a later request counts as made the next day. Once the cancellation conditions apply, the date and the number of guests cannot be changed.
