32 days or more before the experience date: full refund
31 to 11 days before: 20% cancellation fee
10 to 3 days before: 50% cancellation fee
2 days before up to the day itself, or no-show: 100% cancellation fee
No cancellation fee is charged if the experience is cancelled because of bad weather or other unavoidable circumstances (the host contacts you 3 to 5 days before to discuss the forecast). Cancellation requests must reach us by 5:00 PM Japan time; a later request counts as made the next day. Once the cancellation conditions apply, the date and the number of guests cannot be changed.
