Osaka, the "nation's kitchen", has its own style of sushi, hako-zushi, or box sushi. In a champagne-themed hotel in the heart of the city, the chef teaches you to prepare it.
You then sit down to a spread of nigiri, a side soup and dessert, served with champagne (non-alcoholic options are available). An hour at the hotel bar can be added, with drinks charged separately.
