Set in the hills of Kamakura, the tea room of a century-old villa is your classroom for a beginner-friendly calligraphy lesson with a master calligrapher who has developed the practice into a comprehensive art form.
You concentrate on small brush movements in a calm setting, and your finished work is displayed in the tea room for viewing and photographs. A private calligraphy performance by the master can be added as an option.
